Hola
¿se dispara la habilidad del
grave pact cuando una ficha va al cementerio?

Si, las fichas pasan por el cementerio y luego son removidas.

Cito Regla:
110.5e A token that’s phased out, or that’s in a zone other than the battlefield, ceases to exist. This is a state-based action; see rule 704. (Note that if a token changes zones, applicable triggered abilities will trigger before the token ceases to exist.)
Si una ficha deja el campo de batalla las habilidades disparadas se "disparan" antes de que la ficha deje de existir.
