Para algunos puede ser bastante obvio, pero no para mi.
Si yo juego un double negative contrarrestando 1 solo hechizo, mi oponente puede responder con 1 swerve para cambiar el contrarrestado? (ya que, al solo escojer 1 hechizo, tiene 1 solo objetivo) o por el contrario no puede por que el double negative PUEDE contrarrestar hasta 2 hechizos, y por lo tanto no tiene 1 solo objetivo?

Por lógica si escoges sólo un objetivo entonces el hechizo en pila tiene un sólo objetivo, por tanto cumple la restricción de objetivo de Swerve. Pero además:
Lo importante es la última línea: si no se elige algo, el juego no lo considera objetivo (como es esperable).
"Up to"/"Hasta" sólo es tecnología para no tener que listar todas las configuraciones posibles.
